AGE LIMIT

ARRIVAL

Helsinki City Festival will be held on June 12–14, 2026, at the Helsinki Ice Hall (Nordenskiöldinkatu 11–13).

Two stages will be located outdoors. There will be restaurants and beverage services outside. Inside the Ice Hall, there will be one stage and a supporting program.

There is very little parking space in the vicinity of the event venue, so we recommend arriving by public transport, taxi, on foot, or by bicycle.

You can find detailed bus and tram timetables at hsl.fi.

SAFETY

The contents of all bags and backpacks will be checked at the festival gates. In addition, security guards will conduct security checks. You will not be allowed to enter the festival area with prohibited items until you have left them in the cloakroom. Illegal items will be confiscated during the gate inspection.

Security personnel will make the final decision on whether an item poses a security risk in the festival area. There is a cloakroom in the immediate vicinity of the main gates to the festival area where you can leave your belongings for storage. The cloakroom is subject to a fee.

At Helsinki City Festival, we want to offer everyone the opportunity to participate in the festival as freely as possible. We strive to continuously improve the accessibility of the event.

Area

The outdoor area of the Helsinki City Festival is mainly paved with asphalt, which is easy to walk on. Both the main and VIP entrances to the festival are accessible.

There are stairs leading from the main field to the food court. The ice hall can be accessed from the main field via the food court.

Accessible access from the main field to the food center is via the maintenance area, and the same route also leads to the ice hall. Security guards have been instructed on this and will open the gate if necessary and provide guidance.

Seating is available near the food court and in the VIP area. There are also centralized seating areas in the area, which are clearly marked on the event map.

Assistants

The assistant can attend the event free of charge with the person they are assisting who has purchased a ticket. is not given their own wristband, they must accompany the person requiring assistance to the festival area and within the area at the same time each day. Please bring proof of the need for an assistant.

Viewing platforms

There are viewing platforms near the Main and Millenium stages. There are also a few chairs on the platforms.

An assistant or friend may accompany the person they are assisting onto the platform, but if the platform becomes full, we ask that you make room for those who need the platform most.

Toilets

Each toilet area has accessible toilets. In addition, there are accessible toilets inside the ice hall.

Toilet card system is in use at the event. Toilet card users can use the accessible toilets.

Read more about the toilet card here: https://suolistosairaudet.fi/viestinta/vessapassi/

Obstacles

Helsinki City Festival is not a fully accessible event. The festival attracts large crowds and can be crowded at times. This means that you may have to queue and wait at times.

We strive to improve the accessibility of the event, but we cannot promise individualized accessibility services for everyone.

If you have any questions regarding accessibility or would like to share your suggestions for improvement, please contact us by email at info@loudnlive.fi
