Tiketti is the official ticket sales partner of Helsinki City Festival. Please purchase your tickets only from authorized retailers.
Helsinki City Festival age limit is 18. This age restriction is strictly enforced, as the entire festival area is a licensed premises. The age restriction also applies to infants.
Please be prepared to prove your age with ID when exchanging your wristband and at the gates. The organizer is not obligated to refund tickets purchased for minors.
We do not recommend posting pictures of tickets on social media, at least not in a way that shows the ticket numbers or barcodes, as someone could steal your ticket. The organizer is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged tickets, wristbands, or passes.

All Helsinki City Festival tickets must be switched to wristbands before arriving at the festival area. The wristband will be attached to the wrist during the exchange, and it is not possible to exchange a ticket for a wristband on behalf of someone else. The location and opening hours for wristband exchange will be announced closer to the event.
If you are unable to attend Helsinki City Festival, you can safely resell your ticket purchased from Tiketti through the LiputOn service, as the authenticity of the tickets can be verified through it.
We are not responsible for the validity of tickets purchased from third parties. The organizer will also not handle any problems or ticket fraud involving tickets purchased from third parties. In cases of fraud, please contact the police directly and file a criminal report.
